ComplyEdge Advisory Group was founded by an attorney with over a decade of legal and compliance experience, including work with some of the world’s most respected institutions. After leading and supporting complex compliance and privacy programs for top-tier firms and providing guidance to companies facing scrutiny from the World Bank and African Development Bank, our founder recognized a need for a firm that combines deep legal expertise with a practical, business-focused approach.

Founder & Principal Consultant
Kevwe Odima is the Founder and Principal Consultant, bringing a decade of expertise in legal, compliance, and risk advisory. A licensed attorney in Missouri and Nigeria, He hold the industry’s highest certifications:
CIPP/US, CIPP/E, CIPM, and CCEP.
Core Expertise: Global Resilience
The firm’s strategy is built upon a rare dual focus:
- Corporate Integrity & Compliance: He spent several years advising clients under government-imposed monitorships, including those established by international development organizations (World Bank). He developed, implemented, and tested corporate compliance programs to address gaps in governance and oversight. Most recently, he provided post-sanction compliance support and conducted integrity risk assessments.
- Global Privacy & Data Governance: He specialize in global data protection, advising on GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and GLBA. They supported privacy program implementations for regulated industries , managed individual rights requests , and led data breach investigations.
Foundational Strength
His consulting is underpinned by five years of foundational legal practice in commercial law, litigation, and contract review. This background ensures all compliance solutions are legally sound and effective for cross-border transactions.
