Global Qualification: As a dual-qualified attorney admitted in Missouri and Nigeria, Kevwe brings a rare cross-border perspective to data strategy. He helps growth-stage organizations navigate the friction between US innovation models and complex international sovereignty laws.
Operational Expertise: Prior to founding the practice, Kevwe held a senior role in the Forensics – Privacy & Data Protection practice group at BDO USA. There, he managed the daily operations of Global DPO services, overseeing compliance architectures for regulated entities across the life sciences, financial services, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Enforcement Experience: His governance philosophy is grounded in his tenure as an Independent Compliance Monitor. In this capacity, he audited companies under World Bank sanctions and US federal & state enforcement actions, conducting forensic assessments to distinguish “paper compliance” from operational reality.
